"First off no wonder you have 3.9 stars, was highly recommend for your services and was completely disappointed when I called to see when I could go in , gentleman on the line said the owner was so backed up with over a 1,000 shirts and could no longer do my order. I had spoken to the owner the first time I called and stated he would be able to help with my custom order. Now I’m stuck trying to find someone who can work my order when this could have been avoided when I called the first time. Horrible customer service, place should be shut down if your over booked."
"Rating them a full star is giving them more credit they don’t deserve! I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, and 2 times they have screwed us on our orders. First order we placed with them was short, and we never received our missing items. After countless attempts to try and resolve the issue we just gave up. A year later went back for a second order thinking it was a smaller job so it couldn’t get screwed up! Well that didn’t turn out how I expected. One item was misspelled on the jersey. I messaged them quickly and I was kind enough to be understanding because I knew it was right before all the holidays. Needless to say I’m still waiting for my replacement item since December! I have plenty of emails saying when I should be expecting my item, and NOTHING! So if you want professional customer service don’t go with these people! They will be quick to take your money, and will give you the run around when it comes to giving it back to you!!"
