Chris, who manages the dive center is a pleasure to talk to and, because she is a diver herself (so is her family), she is a wealth of knowledge and awesome recommendations. "I’ve come to this shop multiple times to buy scuba gear and get my trainings done (Advanced OW and Rescue diving) over the last year or so, and every time I’ve called or visited the shop, the owner Chris, her sons, and the instructors have all been kind, patient, and professional with their advice and knowledge. Chris especially is excellent in her customer service and has provided good recommendations on equipment to buy; she and I have participated in several long conversations where I never felt rushed or brushed off while discussing all things scuba, and for that I’m grateful. If you can’t tell from my review above, 10/10 go buy your stuff and training from this shop! Even though I don’t live locally, I will still call/order online from here because I know that my money is going to a good dive shop, and they, out of all the places I’ve been over the years, deserve every cent."

"Had a great experience with the dive shop. They were very accommodating. I tried calling OTA because they were closer to me in Katy, and never got a call back and they wanted to charge extra because I needed to split the 1st 2 days into separate weeks. Sugar Land was much more accommodating and worth the extra drive. Jimmy was our Dive Instructor, he was so patient and made us feel at ease under water. Excellent experience, highly recommend this dive shop!"
