Since you have a communist no compete agreement with the other agents in Amarillo. I wouldn't have to make this dispute public but you don't know how to answer a phone. I've been waiting since 11:30am 3/13/23 it's now 4:21pm how long does it take a traind monkey to send an email? Billing cycle by billing cycle rates keep going up. Inflation for 2022 was 6.8% not 50% as suggested by Clarisha. Liability coverage has nothing to do with prices of used cars $40000 is the same . I'm now pay the same rate for one car as i was last year for two vehicles... Made unauthorized change to my policy and will not answer phone"
"Unpleasant, unpleased tell you one thing and do another, tell you to take it to someone else where they would like it taken not where u wa t it taken. But never go to Bernard's either.hit a deer very little damage and Bernard's lied to All-State and tour the all kinds of stuff off my truck that had nothing to do with the accident and All-State let them"
