Thai bowl

"I ordered pad thai here and while I was eating, I found a piece of hair. Immediately I wanted to throw up and asked for refund after returning food. They said they cant do that but can make a new one. Sadly, I just did not want to eat anymore and ate little bit of the remade dish and had to stop eating. The cook is not wearing hat nor cover on his hair. I am highly concerned about their sanitation and caution against food safety. The pad thai tasted good until I found the hair tho."

"Came in with no expectation-just wanted something different to eat for lunch. Ordered pad Thai and Lobster Wontons and was blown away from the flavors. I am light on spicy but loved the ginger and other flavors take me to It's a great no frills family own place. I will come back."

"ATTENTION! Thai Bowl possibly has the finest Thai food I have ever eaten, and I have had Thai food in many different places. This is a small family operation. You can see directly into the kitchen, which borders the seating area. Nothing fancy here, just delicious, genuine Thai food. You can choose up to 5 stars of spiciness. I chose 3, and it was quite hot. The food is genuine and delicious. If Thai Bowl becomes known, they will need to require reservations."

"An absolute delight!! Don’t judge its book by its cover is the best way to describe this establishment. The door was covered with a board that was help up with ductape.. it was sketchy…. BUT!! The minute I walked into Thai Bowl and saw all the fog in the air I knew THIS WAS GIVING! It gave Thai! It gave FLAVOR! It gave AUTHENTICITY!! I ordered the papaya salad Laos style and they did not disappoint! I also ordered soup ( I forgot what it was called ) but it was DELICIOUS!! The food is freshly cooked! I asked them to make it super spicy ( level 10 ) and they did just that! Customer service was on point! I will absolutely without a doubt be coming back. The best Thai authentic food in St. Louis. Located in Forrest park. 10/10"

"As a South East Asian living in Saint Louis, familiar food brings comfort and memories of childhood. Thai Bowl is by far the most authentic Thai cuisine I have tasted in Saint Louis. The food is meticulously prepared by Sunisa and her family. They are humble and friendly folks, always eager to serve their customers with beautifully arranged food. I was devastated to learn that their restaurant was recently broken into. Please visit this little hidden gem of a family run restaurant and give them the support they deserved."
