"I just ordered today to pick up order I never had them before they were the best honey barbecue wings I ever had! I have cancer and my taste in a appetite is awful so I was so happy to taste them and actually eat 5 wings and onion rings and French fries I am on chemo and this is wonderful to be able to eat these I will be going there often! We had the original honey barbecue wings!!Thanks to the people in service and the cook(wonderful) the place is in O’Fallon Mo. on Hwy K. Ann Gwaltney very happy customer!"

"Staff is rude and inattentive. I've never been given the right order, I have to either go back for sauces that I clearly ordered or had to tell them there that they handed me the wrong order or forgot something. Honestly, this staff is the argument against $15 minimum wage."

"Food was okay, server didn’t tell us her name, we only got checked up on once or twice after we had to wave her over multiple times, waitresses and host were standing around most of the time talking. It was slow maybe only 4 other tables around us and we still had to call them over for service."

"Went with the family meal for take out. Food was absolutely terrible. Our regular buffalo wings came with no sauce of them. The quality of the wings were not good. My sons kids meal is the four small boneless wings and no fries. Overall, almost $70 meal and not one good thing to say about any of it. We ended up throwing most of it out as no one was interested in the food and we had ramen noodles instead. Not sure why any restaurant would let food of this quality leave their kitchen. I will never go back to this place or waste another dime there."

"My report is for carry out only: Ordered over the phone and requested the family meal. 20 wings bone in, bone out and cauliflower bites. We requested 3 sauces, mild, hot, lemon, and Buffalo sauce. We received 4 ranch dressing condiments and were charged $1.50 each and did not receive the other single sauces ordered. To make matters worse there were no fries included on this order. WTH? This was all observed when I got home. I think the wait staff is slacking on the service and has mastered social hour. I go all over the USA and have ordered from many different BWW restaurants. This site has disappointed me 2x now for carry out only! Feel free to read all of my other post and you will see I usually don't leave negative feedback. If I do then I provide the entire story. Please make some improvements with your team at your site and I will gladly leave a positive review and an update to this. Paying $55.00 plus $5 tip on what we received was disappointing."
