"Requested 12 gauge shells for my first skeet/trap shoot and was sold home defense buckshot. I brought the entire purchase back the next day and was asked by Kev (name on the receipt) “don’t you know about the law against returning ammo?”. I asked to see the law and Kev responded with “no i’m busy” without looking up from his computer. His associate, also entranced with his computer, screen gestured back to Kev as “the manager”. Kev admitted that it wasn’t a law but their policy to not accept returns. This was my fault for not seeing that sign at the register. It’s also my own fault for not knowing the specifics beforehand and trusting Kev’s recommendation. I’m sure this is a great resource for a professional law enforcement as they had a large selection of gear but novice beware- take someone who knows better than Kev so you don’t spend $60 on inappropriate ammo. Big 5 was very helpful and provided the correct ammo for skeet/trap."

"Recently stopped by because they are listed as a Streamlight dealer. Streamlight told me to go to a dealer to get an issue on one of my lights taken care of. I had called prior to stepping foot in the store and they told me to bring the light and they could send it. I went 3 days later and the person behind the counter told me that they could not warranty my light because I did not purchase it with them. Sounds like a bunch of bologni. If you are an authorized dealer you should be able to warranty the product. I am contacting Streamlight directly and making a formal complaint about this "dealer". The store was very disorganized and looked like a dump. Stuff was thrown out on the floor and everything looked out of place. There is very little space in between merchandise to even walk around and the store has a very claustrophobic feel."

"They added a 3.99% surcharge to my total on a recent purchase. I didn't notice that on the receipt until I got home needless to say I will not be buying here again."

"First time inside the store. As I walked through the front door I was immediately greeted in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish so naturally I responded in English. Throughout my entire walk through of the store, the clerk spoke to me in Spanish despite my obvious lack of knowledge of the language. Visually, the store is quite nice. I did notice though, a lack of prices listed on 90% of the merchandise. This made it difficult to know how much something cost. The items that did have a posted price tag were severely over priced. Nice looking store but sadly I won't be coming back."
