"The service department was awesome. I was informed on every step, time and other repairs that my vehicle needed, besides the one it went in for. I really liked that they were able to tell me how much my estimate was going to be and how much the future repairs was going to be. I drove 40 miles instead of 5 miles for my closest dealership. It was well worth it. Our service adviser Guillermo, was on point on every time i had any question."
"Dealership, review of the used car finance dept. Had my jeep appraised and they only gave rock bottom offer, after being there from 12pm to 5pm still could not get to payment wanted. I looked at several vehicles down payment kept increasing from 0, to 4K then jumped to 6500 then I had enough when they said they needed 7500. For a vehicle that was priced at 18k. Unfortunately, I tried to stay loyal to this company, but will be looking elsewhere as I had an offer I showed finance of 30k for my high profile jeep, but they wouldn't budge, only gave estimates on a basic jeep wrangler sport at 27k. I tried my best to negotiate fairly and said I would be willing to do 5500 instead of 4k. But finance would not go any higher that 27k. Photos of my jeep unlimited sport s with many upgrades. All upgrades manufactory done I just do not get it!! Don't bother going here if you have a special vehicle, all you get is base price not worth it!!!!"
