"I was told that I am not able to move my monthly payments to a day that is a payday. While the young man had me on hold I was hearing their commercial of a gentleman who says TIA goes out of its was to help customers with what they need. Unfortunately this is not true because I was told my monthly payments can not be moved. So I’ve had to take off the automatic monthly payments so my bank account will not he negatively charged $35.00 every time. Because now that I’m able to come on my own and make my own monthly payments. My monthly went up 37 and something. There’s just no winning with this agency. Even though it’s going to cost me to move to another insurance agency, I believe that peace of mind is totally worth it. One last thing I had the personal cell number of my agent that first helped me. I thought it was the office. When I called about something she told me that the number is her personal and apparently put me on hold. She never came back. It’s frustrating having to deal with such agents but since COVID this is who we get now (these type of young professionals). Shop around and hopefully learn from what I shared with you."
