"I just have to give a shout out to the chef and caterers. We attended a Christmas Party with Baker Hughes held at this country club last night and I asked the manager if any of the food was gluten free. When we went through the menu and established that it wasn’t, the chef created a meal just for me. It was delicious! I couldn’t believe that they went out of their way to accommodate one person. I was just going to eat salad and they insisted on creating me a plate. It was beautiful and tasty and I just wanted to give him a hug! The waitstaff was phenomenal and so polite. Thank you!"
