"Seems like this company is just some big ole pyramid scheme. Give them some one and they'll let you have your own insurance company with their name on it. Regardless stay away from Roy Daniels, the guy is a chauvinist, likes yelling at women, and thinks you're less than if you have tattoos. Find a better insurance company to deal with."
"Don’t work here. They use new agents to make their cold calls and then use their warm leads for sales. Also if you’re a new agent beware of existing agents stealing your sales. No leadership. Poor management. No training. Just throw you to the wolves. There is a reason only 2 insurance agents work here. There’s a reason the office is always empty. They talk bad about US Health Advisors, but they are the same, or worse. IHC is a big company but IHCSB is a chop shop."
"I trusted Salangi in finding a health insurance plan that worked for my parents. I specifically told her that they needed a plan that would allow them to go Memorial Hermann. After they were enrolled, I excitedly set to find a PCP from Memorial and I come to find that this is the only Ambetter plan not accepted by Memorial Hermann. I contacted Salangi but she only responded through texts and put the blame on me and refused to fix her mistake. This was the first time my parents would get health insurance and we don't know how to navigate the healthcare system and so I went to Salangi because she appeared to be a trustworthy agent. I was wrong. To say this is unbearably frustrating is an understatement."
