"Honestly, I thought that Mr. Castellanos was very professional, but he is not when I went to his office, his employees do not open the door, so I had to wait for him for an hour when our appointment was at 11 and then when he arrived at his office, He starts talking but then starts telling me how he had to fire 3 of his employees because one had 8 kids and the other was always sick and the other always had personal problems with his adult daughter. unprofessional I don't see myself having him as my FMO Mr. Castellanos is very rude he talks to people on the phone with an attitude I don't recommend anyone get him as an FMO"

"I do not recommend that you have contracts with this company since they stay with their clients and do not give you the release of the agency, that is, they will cancel it and you will not be able to have appoitment with the insurance company. This is not legal and if you are having these problems with Mr. Castellanos who is the owner of this company, I recommend that you open a complaint to the Department of Texas Insurance and Financial Services because this IS NOT LEGAL for this company to prevent the agent from making his work. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. I AM ATTENDING A LAWYER AND THE STATE COMPLAINS DEPARTMENT BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. DON'T LET YOURSELF BE FOOLED AND TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS AND WORK. I REPEAT IT IS NOT LEGAL FOR ANY AGENCY TO PREVENT YOUR DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR WORK AND STAY WITH YOUR CLIENTS."
