"Everyone was very professional and nice up until we came to pick up our RZR. The two ladies at the service counter were nice at first until the one without piercings realized that we apparently had not checked in properly. She then became extremely condescending, rude, snappy, passive, and insinuated that we probably had to pay more. She then went on to tell us how we messed up the entire schedule and we were never booked. We called yesterday morning to to book this appointment and we’re told to drop off where we had and that we did not need to “check-in”."

"I just walked there a few minutes ago as I am in the market for a motorcycle. As I walked in the door, one of the ladies walking around behind the counter didn't have a mask on, which doesn't bother me, but when the other lady rushed around the counter to give me one, that bothered me. If you want to require masks for customers, then do so, but don't act like it is such a serious matter for me to have one on when your employees don't. HYPOCRITE!!! And for the record, I know multiple sales that were lost to this business because of their service. One in particular that was very large due to this mask requirement. Well, all I got to say is enjoy your mask and lack of sales. I'm going to Texas where they know how to take care of you! Toodles!"

"I couldn't even begin to tell you the experience that I've had with this place. They don't even deserve one star. We took our brand new 3 month old four-wheeler here for a warranty claim. The chain snapped while my son was riding it, and it got into the transmission. After taking the four-wheeler in, we hadn't received any communication in weeks. Every time we called for an update we were put on hold forever, and nobody would speak with us. They totally disassembled our four-wheeler. Stripped it down to parts in boxes. It has been 10 months and we still have not got our four-wheeler back. The sales manager Tiffany is completely unreliable, incompetent of completing her job, and I can't believe the disrespect and hardship we have received from her and this company. Please DO NOT do business with them if you work hard for your money and don't want to be taken advantage of. Please take this warning and go somewhere else."

"We shopped around for our UTV and Garner’s had the best deal.During the COVID pandemic they were very helpful and safety conscious. They had told us that it would be anywhere from 2-4 months before we would even receive our machine. The next month Tiffany called us and said it is on its way. Tiffany was very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you."

"Not sure why some people are having bad experiences here. Wife and I drove 4.5hrs to purchase 2 UTV machines at better prices than anywhere else. After working with Tammie over the phone and via email when we showed prices were all as agreed upon and process was smooth. We even showed up earlier than expected and while they finished up saftey checks we completed paper work. The service guy we worked with was very thorough and was able to answer any questions we had. They even helped us load and tie down and even taught me a few things on how to load and tie down. I will definitely adjust my ratings and review if I ever need to but so far so good and we have been beyond impressed with Garners. The manager (maybe owner for all I know) even asked if everything was taken care of and handled well. Shook our hands and wished us safe travels as we left. We would not hesitate to buy from again and will encourage others. We've already had 3 strangers ask where we purchased and if we would do it again and asked for their number. Continue the good work Garners!!!"
