"This store has the worst customer service. I tried calling and no one answers the phone. I decided to visit the store thinking maybe they were too busy to answer the phone. As soon as I walked in I was approached by an older man. I told him I was looking for youth turf shoes. He was annoyed and said, "People come in here all the time during tournaments asking for turf shoes. We are all out of stock!" That is not the way you run a business. If you know the demand for turf shoes is high then you overstock, so you have enough to sell. Sadly this is one of the two stores in Hobbs that sells sporting goods."

"Not a five because they didn't have a particular size. Customer service was great, offered to call other stores in the area. Offered to help us with a online order and every employee greeted us even though it was 20 minutes till close. Great service and great attitudes, will definitely be back. Appreciate all the hard work and top notch customer service."
