"Agency started out really good. Worked with Macy. If the rating was for Macy, i would give 5 stars. But over the last couple years, we somehow ended up with an agent, Lisa Cahn. She is no good. Terrible at communicating. I had to send 5, 6, 7 emails and demand a reply in order to get her to communicate with me. I had sent an email about filing a claim. She never replied, ever. We cancelled the policy. Just really need an agency that will communicate in a timely manner. If you need this too, find another agency for your insurance needs."
