"The only good thing I can say about the service is that they sent a delivery person out the same day to bring me a new phone/actually refurbished, not new, and help set it up, but when I receive the device and the person was trying to set it up. He told me that the phone was defective. Provided me with a refurbished defective device that wouldn’t even turn on and then required me use my credit so that they could guarantee, I would send the replacement back. They would not allow the person they sent the phone out with to actually take it back with him. I asked to just have my phone fixed and they insisted on using another refurbished replacement. Definitely not happy with my service."

"BE CONSIDERATE OF THE TRUCK DRIVERS WHO ARE IN THE FIELD. TRUCKERS ARE NEVER CONSIDERED AS FIRST RESPONDERS BUT YOU ALL WANT YOUR PRODUCT DELIVERED AT ALL COST. My original phone was being replaced for damages. Didn't want to wait 3-5 days for snail mail. When replacement phone was delivered to address, my original phone completely shuts down while im in another state heading back. No service at all. Give the customer the option/opportunity to turn/switch off old phone at their convenience. Here's an idea... Bring the device to the customers location no matter where they are. Even by Drone. And make it so the Customer is ready to switch service over to the new device when its in that Customers physical hands! Nearly every person in trucking operates their business on the phone. TRUCK DRIVERS MATTER MORE!"

"The first time I called to make the claim the person did not ask me about damage on the back of the device which would've made the whole process much quicker. Nor did they tell me about the option of taking the device to a local repair shop. The technician who did show up with my replacement device was excellent. Very helpful."
