"Great group of guys work here. Very friendly. I trust their advice. I have had my oil changed here for about 5 years with no problems. Once I had a little water in my break line (my car sits a lot) and the man there showed me the testing procedures so i could see for myself and the test indicated my car needed servicing. He was very friendly and not insulted when i asked for more of an explanation. He was happy to show me the test and left the choice to me; he did warn me it’s bad for my break line. I had the brake line serviced."
"From the moment I got in and handed my keys over, I was being lied to and upsold on everything, I went in for a simple oil change. I have a basic car. They told me they could only put in the long lasting premium oil, I know that's a lie, but they had my car and my keys I couldn't say no. After the oil change they told me they found in their inspection that my cars battery wasn't operating and was gonna die at any moment (I had never experienced any issues with the cars battery) they insisted I get I get a new car battery from them which felt like I was being tricked. As I was paying and trying to be done, a guy insisted I register for their reminders to come back to jiffy lube for recurring maintenance, he read off the schedules and was very pushy, I felt very uncomfortable at this point. I then had issues with the car battery later that day, and I suspect they did something to tamper with it. Well shame on you, O'Reilly got my money for that. They hand the chance to earn me as a customer, and now I will never walk into a jiffy lube again. I do not want to be treated like I am stupid, I don't want to be disrespected, I don't want to be defrauded. And yes Jiffy Lube sent me an email asking to leave a review."
