"Went in for a tire balance. When I picked up my van one hub cap was broken and the 3 others were missing the center caps. Spoke to the manager Migual about the situation and he said he would be ordering me a new set. It's been 2 weeks since he said he was ordering them. I've called 3 times since then to get an update and he puts me on hold and says he will have to get back to me but he never gets back to me. I'm sure he's busy but how about making customers feel like their a priority and following through on making things right? I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone needing tire service."
"Wait time was not as promised, unfortunately. I was told my car would be ready 2-2.5 hours after my 11am drop off, but it was not ready until over 4 hours after drop off. I checked in regularly and was eventually promised the car at 4 hours, which still did not happen. I know this is not the fault of the staff at the counter, who were polite and helpful, but I would have much preferred to have been told up front that it would have taken over 4 hours for the tire and oil change. A discount was offered, which I really appreciated."
