"Very very bad customer service. Late responses to urgent matters. Poor communication, irresponsible staff. Sent email to ceo, vp and cfo about the matter and nothing. HR stated they were a good company to help there employees but totally wrong as they only have a 1 star I'm assuming that's because we can't give a 0 or negative star review."
"I just spoke with someone who was very very very rude. I asked her what type of service the company offers and she didn't answer. I just wanted to know for future references. But she refused to answer and told me what's the point. I guess none, since the professionalism was none. Shame! Who ever answers your phone needs to take courses in all the above."
"Difficult to reach the claims/ needs services. Hours on hold, when a person answered, the call was ended before I could give my name. The hospital that I used turned the claim collection over to me due to the frustration of there being no one to answer our calls."
"Im really wondering if this company is a scam they keep giving my doctors different excuses each time and wont pay their part of the bills ive got several past due bills that they wont pay their part its about to go on my credit so im about to have to contact a lawyer. I paid them but they wont pay ive had to call them everytime i needed anything from my dr. Cause they could get nothing approved so i would have to call and they say its approved then dr. Would call and then its not approved i couldnt get any of the tests done that dr. Ordered this place is ridiculous i cant get ahold of who i need i cant even see my dr until these bills are resolved maybe it takes sueing them to get bills paid"
"This is the worst insurance and does not pay any claims. I purchased Safeguard Health Plan as a secondary to my primary insurance. This secondary was suppose to pay for all preventative services and it paid for nothing. It did not pay for my mammogram or preventative labs. The claims are sent to Cornerstone Preferred Resources were the claims are processed. After having them for 8 months, I canceled the policy due to not paying for the services. When you call, the reps state that the "labs" were not preventive but I'm a healthy person and the labs were basic and normal. So, don't waste your time or money on this scam of a company!"
