"I see from all the one star reviews im not alone. Went to go get an oil change for my 2013 GMC terrain first time since getting the car. Guy asks what type of oil I want (regular or synthetic) without even asking what type of car i have and I pick the cheaper option thinking I have choices. Speaking to my dad later I found out if my car has regular oil in it it can ruin my engine. Luckily I only drove my car a mile and come back the next day. When i tell the guy that worked on my car about how my engine could've been destroyed he shrugged it off and said he Coudlnt "give me a free oil change and that synthetic is almost double what a regular oil change is. I never even asked for a free oil change once. I asked to pay the difference for a synthetic. He said no to that too. Also, He Didn't apologize and just said that other cars "like mine" can use either oil. Didn't take any accountabilty and he knew I had to get it done cuz driving it any farther would risk more damage. I will never bring my car back here again and would not even reccomend them for a car wash. They don't care about making you happy. They care about money. I spent 150 bucks for one oil change here! Go somewhere else with your business."
"I don’t often write reviews but this extremely frustrating situation forced me to. We took the car in for an oil change (as we have done routinely for the past 7 years) and the service was extremely slow, totally understandable, as they may have just been busy today. When they were done changing the oil, they just handed us a part and said this cracked off while we were changing your oil. They would not provide a discount or even take ownership for cracking the piece. I was told to go to a dealership to get it fixed. The whole staff was unprofessional about the situation. The manager specifically did not care about the situation or our years as a loyal customer. Terrible customer service - this is not a place I would trust bring my vehicle to in the future."
