"They were great! We had a bus load of kids when a wheel bearing went out. We transported the kids to a safe location while waiting for the tow truck to arrive. They towed us and got us on the road again on a Saturday. Jullian was our tow truck driver and was awesome! Kept us informed of his arrival time and checked in on us on our way home to make sure we made it back to ND. Gave us a lift to get a bite to eat while we waited for the repairs. Great supper recommendations!"
"The absolute worst repair shop I've ever encountered!! I called them out for a Roadside repair. I needed a forced regen on my semi truck. The guy came, performed the supposed regen. Said that it was complete, but nothing changed. I allowed them to tow the truck to their shop, for a so called "simple fix". After 3 days they couldn't fix it, so they arranged for the truck to be towed to the nearest dealership for repairs. While at preferred, one of my tires were switched with another truck. They thought that I wouldn't notice. I spoke with a Co-Owner that said he'd watch video to see if my tire was switched, and get back with me. After not hearing from him for 3 days I contacted him again. He said that the video confirmed that my truck rolled in that way. 1st lie, my truck was towed by you. He gave me a "Lol" which I thought was extremely unprofessional, and I told him, "No Worries". Please do not use this scam artist Repair Center. Worst repair shop I've ever encountered. Enjoy the $4800 that were paid to you, for 0 services rendered. You say "lol", but God will have the last laugh!!!"
