"Came in to bring in my husbands car for an oil change and was greeted by Patrick in service he was very friendly and communicative. Also he was very informative and helpful explained everything."
"I don’t trust their mechanics judgements. Took my car in because it clearly has an issue but they tell me their diagnostics test says everything is fine. That always seems to be how it goes here. Then I take it to my in town mechanic and they fix the issue. I always start off going to the dealership hoping they can fix it and see whatever needs fixing is covered under warranty but they can’t seem to find what’s wrong so I take it to a local mechanic and they either fix it or let me know what’s wrong with it and if it’s still covered under warranty and when I take it back to the dealership they will try to charge if you don’t know it’s under warranty. Maybe buying a car from them might be a better experience but I never have a good experience with them when trying to get my car fixed. Also being asked if I want extra work done to my car that doesn’t need fixing is really annoying, I wish they can just fix what I came to fix and that’s it."

"Wonderful experience . Had a power steering issue that when I researched it I realized that it was covered by a lifetime of your car authorization through General Motors. Within 4 hours it was diagnosed as needing to be replaced and it was replaced at No Charge."
