"Placed an order through the app. Delivery driver cancels (DoorDash - shocking, I know). I get an email telling me to call the store because my order was canceled. Call the store. Girl says she issued a refund which will take God knows how long to clear my bank and I now have to re-place my order so it get re-assigned to a new driver and my food that’s already sitting there will eventually be delivered. Two forty dollar charges til the refund clears? No thank you. I ask if I can just have the food since the problem was on their end. Nope, I have to reorder. I told her to keep it. I’m going to stop trying at this location."
"Our office ordered food today and when my co-worker went to pick up the food, the lady said it was not ready. My co-worker said okay how long? The noodles and company lady turned pointed at the three tickets behind her and said after all these tickets. Unacceptable. Our food was burnt as you can see by the pictures."
