"I just went to see the doctor because my symptoms are the same as when I had sepsis and the medical team did not even do any blood work or ua test. All the symptoms point toward a infection. They did a covid test and strep throat test. I sat in the waiting area for over 4 hours for them to tell me to take Tylenol and water. I bet I have a UTI OR KEDNEY INFECTION. Temperature is a slight temp eith aches and chills. Body burning up. I find this uncaring and malpractice. If I get sicker I will be fileing something."

"I’ve got admitted and haven’t seen a doctor in 2days all they keep doing is giving me pain meds I need to know exactly what’s going on with me and not a nurse told me anything just laying here in this unsanitary room untill one day a dr come. Don’t recommend"

"My brother had a major stroke and other complications been ICU since Dec17 2023-Jan. If you ever need ICU these nurses and doctors are the most professional, courteous to patients and family members, attentive and caring. We felt assured that our family member was getting the best of care!"

Thanks for getting it resolved. 10/2/23: My experience with St. Joseph Medical Center has been incredibly frustrating, and I want to share my disappointment to help others avoid similar problems. Here's the situation: St. Joseph Medical Center owed me a refund, which was supposed to be processed within 12 weeks after my insurance paid them. However, they didn't follow through on this promise. I tried reaching out to them multiple times, and each time they assured me that the refund would arrive within 2 weeks. But, just like before, it didn't happen. It's disheartening to see them repeatedly make commitments they can't keep. What's even more aggravating is their constant claim that they've informed their management about my issue, yet they don't seem to take any action to resolve it. It's like they're passing the problem along without taking responsibility. To make things worse, nobody from St. Joseph Medical Center ever bothered to call me back to address the refund issue. It's clear that they don't value their customers or their promises. In summary, my experience with St. Joseph Medical Center has been incredibly frustrating. They are holding onto my money, failing to issue a promised refund, and showing no respect for their customers. I strongly recommend considering other options for your medical needs. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable, and you deserve better service."
