"Booked an Alaskan cruise on Carnival Cruises through Perx Travel . We were not informed of additional travel restrictions due Covid . We were unceremoniously off loaded and received no support from Joey Vega, our agent at Perx travel or Carnival Cruises and they basically blanked us . I was told we only cater for American tourists ? Interesting ? There was no such information upfront ? Carnival cruise line decided to keep our baggage despite our best efforts to get it returned we have never even been contacted or compensated as per their documentation. Poor experience from Perx Travel and Carnival Cruise lines who offered us no support and literally blocked us . NEVER AGAIN PERX TRAVEL and make sure you read the fine print especially if you on a non American passport. Don’t expect any support if things don’t work out . Additionally they will steal your luggage apparently that’s ok ."
"Definitely not Dargal… use it as search tool like I do to see everything available out there and then go directly to cruise line and book it . Royal and celebrity will give you the interline rate directly no need to book with anyone else. prices and availability is NEVER up to date. AND… is not the first time I see them showing inflated prices. for example just today I went directly to royal and booked a 7 night for 399 pp and they were showing 1300 pp. REALLY???? I’m a retired airline employee you can’t fool me with your prices. I checked the route and ship I liked and then go directly to the source."
