Simme and her assistant Victoria are great at explaining coverages and recommending any deficiencies they notice. Realistically reading inclusions/exclusions is a bit like reading legal docs where you need a law degree lol but Simme and Victoria did such an excellent job of explaining coverages that I felt very comfortable after making my decision. They both have an excellent personality and go above and beyond for the customer. Office was very clean and organized.
