"I had my my shocks,tie rod and ball joints repaired,I notice the truck wasn’t performing correctly, so in the meantime, I took it to have an oil change and that’s when they informed me that I needed Tie rods shocks and ball joints. They are terrible. I wanted to take it back, but they probably would’ve have came up with some excuse, so I decided to have it done at another mechanic shop which they confirm the same thing that Meineke told me"

"This place has never steered me wrong (no pun intended). I first came here by coincidence because my car stalled at a red light, and this was the only mechanic open. Vicky very kindly and patiently explained what could be wrong, with full transparency. Lots of mechanics get a bad reputation for preying on people who do not know about cars and those who work here will tell you when something is not practical and care more about the car in question and its functioning than the payout. Even if I simply want car advice, everyone here welcomes questions and answers them effectively. When I had an urgent issue with my car recently and got a quote from a different mechanic about additional work that needed to be done, I made sure to check with Pedroza's because I trust them more – and I ended up saving $100. Things get done in a timely manner without being rushed, and they even washed my car for me once the work was done! Thank you, Pedroza and Co., this is my go-to place for oil changes and anything else!"
