"The worst company ever! I just called there to tell them they still have not picked up their equipment back from December 13 when we changed to a new hospice company. I spoke with Pam and she was smacking on the phone. I said you must be eating something good! Pam replied I ran in here this morning and this was the first thing i grab. We love the staff. They will help you with any resources available. My mother had dementia and was very negative about everything. The CNA Latoyna was the only one that could get her out of that state and actually have her laughing. It was such a joy to hear her laugh again before leaving this earth. It can be a very stressful time and Latoyna definitely helped us ease our anxieties. She educated us during the process as well."

I wanted you to know you have an exceptional employee working for you, however, I do not know his name he was a black make with dreadlocks. I was driving in the downtown area today when I noticed a small red car with your logo on the side A Hug Away and I saw a gentleman passing out blankets and water to the homeless people. I found this to be amazing because I’m not sure if its something that your company does but I wanted say thank you and express my gratitude towards the fact he stopped and took the time out to think of the homeless community. Knowing that we are expecting a hard freeze and a lot of people are going to be without shelter because the shelters fill up fast during cold winter nights brought tears to my eyes. Resources are low and for someone to think of others is a true act of kindness and compassion especially when we live in a cruel world that often ignore and look down on the homeless population. Whoever that gentleman was please thank him for me."
