"If you want a company that basically does nothing for you after you do get in a car accident then pronto's the way to go.. NO RENTALS! THEY ONLY PAY FOR CHEAP LABOR! YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO FIND THE ABSOLUTE CHEAPEST PLACE IN TOWN. FOR THEM TO DO ANYTHING. BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY CAR BACK. WILL BE CHANGING COMPANIES ASAP."

"Worst service ever! This company is just to say you have some type of insurance. Its true you get what you pay for. No company will accept Pronto no wrecker service, rental service. Nothing! Because how poor of a company they are. I was on the side of the road for 4 hours until Roadside could find me a wrecker that would accept Pronto. If you have to end up paying for something out of pocket they will not refund you."
