"Don’t waste your time here guys. At first they promise you the most competitive rates, and they DO NOT DELIVER. They request endless paperwork and they BUG you until you submit it. I was first contacted by Maritza Castaño who over the phone sounds like she’s very willing to help. A couple of days after they submit your information they call to ask if you can have RRG insurance. Maritza promised she would call me back with something better and I still haven’t heard from her. I recommend you go use your time wisely and look elsewhere."

"That’s the top of the not recommendable insurance agencies in the United States. One of their employees named Juan Camilo Hincapié Rojas called me to offer me a commercial insurance. I gave him a chance and, told him I need 4 coverages. He brought me three and told me all fours was in there being that it was a lie. Cause the policy was incomplete I decide to cancel the insurance one week after. I had already pay them almost 5k for the down payment and, when I told them to give me back my down payment, they told me I have to wait 90 days and for sure that’s was a plan to come after that time that I been using the insurance during this time and avoid to give me my money back as they did. One of their employees told me the insurance was cancel few weeks after I told Juan Camilo to do so and now, they sent me an invoice with charges and leaving me owing them money being that they canceled the insurance few weeks after I requested. They going to tell you that you can meet them in their office in case of something believe me you won’t never see them there; there is just one lady there always. JUAN CAMILO IS AS FAR ONE OF THE WORST INSURANCE AGENT YOU CAN FIND I RECOMMEND PEOLPE NOT TO GET YOURS INSURANCE WITH THIS GUY. HE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING."
