"VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS SHOP! Had my Hyundai Elantra towed here due to what turned out to be a timing/chain problem. Was explained the entire repair process, given a reasonable estimate and time frame for the repair. No surprises. Overall the staff is friendly, they’re priced fairly & they pick up the phone!"
"I came in to fix noise from my brakes. They changed the brakes, charged me $600, and noise still there, came in 2 days after and 3 times again because they ruined the calipers, so I paid for new ones plus the wiring, another $200. And they didn’t wire it correctly it leaked fluid so I had to come in for the 4th time. They tried lying about it but I had a mechanic with me that proved them wrong and agreed to work on it. After my ABS and Tractions lights came on. So 5-6 times I came back here and paid Uber. Waisted $800 plus and my time for a simple job. Worst experience with this old guys. Never was I rude, just wanted the work to be done and they failed. 0/5"

"Took our Subaru 2014 Forester here after having our wheel bearings go out during a road trip. They were able to look at our car same day, give us a diagnosis and replace 2 wheel bearings before the day was over! They even brought out our old wheel bearings to show us what was wrong with it. Really fair prices and half the price of what our Subaru dealership quoted us for the same replacement. Would definitely come here again and will recommend to our friends. Thanks Lake Street Auto for getting us back on the road!"
