"One of the best mechanic experiences I've had. I needed to have my car towed in due to an issue and the company that My Mechanic works with were great - Express Towing if I remember correctly. After the car was brought in, I got the report the next day, and let me tell you it was extremely useful. I could see most of the problems and what needed attention. Finally, this is what really earned my trust. I got on the phone and brought up that the car was an old beater that I paid not much. From there we talked for a bit about options and to my surprise wasn't pressured into making the repairs even though that's obviously what will make the shop money in the short term. With that lack of pressure and trustworthiness, I'll only not plan on bringing my next car here, I've also recommended this shop to friends and family."
