"2008 Acura TL, 143,000 miles. As I was pulling away from a stop there was a loud bang and I coasted to a stop. I thought the transmission had failed and I would need to rebuild or replace the transmission. I used Google Maps to search for transmission shops near my location and found Trans-Fixed about 8 miles away. I called and spoke with the owner. He had me do some simple diagnosis which indicated CV failure (not unusual for older Honda products), something my usual shop only 1/2 mile from me could handle. The owner gave me advice about what to replace, and expected costs for parts and labor. I paid a bit more for my usual shop but was back on the road in 3 hours, including towing. Thanks for your expert advice Eddie!"
"So I drive a 2005 Buick with less then 70k on it, love it and want to keep it running nice. Eddie and his staff at Trans-fixed have helped me do that. My car is old, lines and lower areas are rusting. Under a year ago it was my brake lines, all of them. Then just now power steering lines upper and lower. Both times fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price. Honestly, it takes quite a bit to impress me enough to write a good review and Trans-fixed has done just that.
