"Purchased new tires here because they had the Black Friday sale and were the cheapest around. Prices was great but when they installed my tires two of my tire pressure sensors were out. The tech didn’t notify me and just let installed the tires. Once I get my car back on the paperwork it said they asked me to see if I wanted them replaced which they never did so now I have schedule another appointment to get these installed. Very bad communication with the team here. You would think there would be an auto manager there to correct things like this but no there isn’t. Next time I would just purchase the tires and get them installed else where."

There was also a rowdy customer cursing at them because he was upset about his service, they remained calm addressing his problem!"

"Ordered 4 tires from Walmart online for installation at store 2815(Rolling Meadows IL.) But only 3 arrived (wrong size and brand,) after waiting 2 weeks. Personnel begin to do what I see all too often today - struggle to make things right. Fortunately in stepped Ms.Dabros, Who listened and acted directly, ordered 4 replacement tires and scheduled installation with the promise of making good on Walmart customer service. This was the best response I have ever had in the last 20 years. The auto department was clean and organized. The tire installation went flawlessly."
