"I took my car for an oil change and a recall fix ( replace the sensor ). It has now been more than a week since I have left my car. It is taking over a week to fix the recall part and to do the oil change ! I did have an appointment but it didn’t help ! They didn’t provide me a loan vehicle either ! Very disappointed in this service location! That is not what I expected from a Land Rover customer service!"
"Customer service was good. Came to drop off my vehicle because of the noise while driving. Said that they will have an answer in 3 days, but it took them a week. They did not provide rental car. But overall, service was good, fast response, friendly staff."
