"Between Ryan and Rossanne, we had an inCREDible experience! I took 25 students from a small rural school to Florida for five days with air travel without a hitch! We booked the trip prior to COVID, and decided to roll it into the next year and even the next year and finally were able to take it. Communication was quick, advice was solid, reservations and tickets were done with ease. I will definitely recommend this company within my “field”, and of course I advise for the affordable travel insurance if that is ever a concern for parents. More than happy travelers, I have happy parents, which makes ME happy! Ryan was on site managing our group and handling on site transportation and rooming which is the hardest for a director. Takes so much of the difficulty of group travel out of my hands. The payment plan option on their website is easy for parents to manage and makes an expensive trip manageable. It also allowed for me to communicate to certain people that needed to make payments. Allowed me to apply fundraising credits. Gone are the days of ME managing incoming money, trying to allocate to individual students on a spreadsheet. Feel free to contact me if needed!"

"Is there a NEGATIVE STARS OPTION???? This group books travel for school events. We had a trip booked for summer 2020. Canceled due to Covid. Now canceled for 2021 due to Covid. This company refuses to refund. BUYERS BEWARE..... THIS COMPANY USES ONE GROUPS MONEY TO PAY FOR ANOTHER GROUPS TRIP. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I HAVE $3000 LOST TO THIS COMPANY. THEY CLAIM TO BE GOOD CHRISITAN PEOPLE, BUT THEY SPEND YOUR MONEY TO PAY FOR ANOTHER GROUPS TRIP. THAT IS THIER BUSINESS MODEL . THE OWNER TOLD ME SO HIMSELF. IF THEY TELL YOU THEY HAVE ALREADY BOOKED RESERVATIONS, ASK FOR THE VENDOR NAMES, THEN CONTACT THE VENDOR AND ASK FOR A VOUCHER IN THE TRAVELORS NAME. YOU WILL SOON LEARN, THERE IS NOT RESERVATION MADE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!"
