"I have made three purchases with Jalisco's Carbon Fiber thus far, and I look forward to doing business again with them in the near future. I like the products they offer for the Q50 platform, and their customer service has been stellar! After punching my 2nd carbon fiber LED emblem, I felt compelled to share my story: 12 months after purchasing my first carbon fiber LED emblem, I ran into a small problem. I was well outside of the warranty period for my purchase, but I decided to contact Jalisco's Carbon Fiber nonetheless. They responded to my email very quickly and they addressed my issue head on. Despite living up to the obligation that was clearly stated on their site and owing me absolutely NOTHING, they still offered to assist with my problem via a discounted replacement. I did not expect this from them, nor do I expect this to be the norm for the way they do business. However, this kind gesture showed me how much they really care about their customers & their customers' experiences with their company. Everyone's interaction with Jalisco's Carbon Fiber may not be as joyous as mine, but they have gone above and beyond to earn my five star rating, my continued support, and my repeat business. "I’ve had this RGB emblem for a good while now. I have never had a problem with it. Although it may not seem like a big difference, I see people’s head turning all the time at night. The photos don’t do it justice either. It is much brighter in person and you can control all modes and colors through an app. You can even make your own custom colors which I have here. Their customer service is great as well. Every time I call, I always get an answer and very helpful information with whatever question I have. Overall, great company."

"I’ve been buying from jaliscos for a little over 2 years now. And till this day my Carbon Fiber is still in tact and in perfect condition, no fading on carbon as of yet! eventually it will, due to wear and tear (sun) etc. that’s normal. Adding their ceramic coating or a ppf will easily help. Only company I have stayed loyal with to the point that I represent the company logo on my car without anything in return, it’s just an amazing company and product. Highly recommend!"
