"I received numerous calls from this group that said "ARDA representatives are in your area to discuss the maintenance fees on your timeshare". I was a little suspicious but decided to attend the meeting which was held at a local Ruby Tuesday near the Nashville Airport. Of course, they were not ARDA representatives but timeshare salespeople. They walked me through some convoluted presentation about how they could move me into a great points system program that would be way better than my existing timeshare (which by the way I only paid $2500 for). It would only cost $12,500 and they would "take care" of my existing timeshare as part of the deal and I would get 60,000 RCI points (see photo). I don't need another timeshare although the points they talked about sounded interesting(if it's even true) I am not investing $12,500 into any timeshare at this point in my life, there are literally thousands of timeshares you can buy for next to nothing in the secondary market (that's what I did). I would be curious to know if this group has the required timeshare sales real estate license in Tennessee, I may have to check into that. The telemarketers also promised free round trip airline tickets which I never received. If people could only be honest, they could save everyone a lot of time and probably some hard earned money."

"Attended a timeshare "update" from these people tonight. Tried to sell me on RCI "Pure Points" package deal, 20,000 points for $8k, plus yearly fee of $200. Were not pushy at all. The contract they showed me stated they could not guarantee 100% I would get out of my current contract, but said they would make effort to do it, so I politely passed, and they understood."

"Im a senior citizen who 3 years ago gave Exclusive Vacations LLC $1500 to assist with a timeshare matter. They cashed the check after one week (no endorsement which made tracking impossible). They promptly disappeared from the face of the earth. They didnt help at all with the timeshare, failed to answer my telephone calls, failed to respond to a legal request for mediation, and failed to reimburse me even after they were court order to do so. Im still trying to get my monies through legal intervention. Stay away from this SHADY company.You will only get burned!!!"

"This company did not meet the terms of the contract. They gladly took my cash of course and at 6 months in the deal, the limit according to their contract, they had done nothing. It is now nearly 18 months and, although they did act like they were going to do something, they have not. They will not return calls. At this stage, I consider it a definite breach of contract performance, bordering on pure theft and will be moving forward to file a law suit. Do not do business with this organization. If you did buy into their sales pitch, be smart and get out of it as quickly as possible. Good luck."
