"We use Expedia Cruises to book our Alakan Cruise and I would never use them again. I normally do all my own research and book my vacations, but this time I decided to try a travel agency. I expected them to have knowledge about Cruises but my person Deneen had no experience with Alakan Cruises and couldn't provide any advice. And when I asked her questions she would always say she will have to get back to me but never heard from her. Then I would call back to talk to someone else and they would tell me I need to work with Deneen. I felt once my Cruise was booked they were done with me. We had to do our own research on the excursions. I would advoid Expendia Cruises."
"We used this travel company to help plan our destination wedding room block, and it was an amazing experience! We had Karen Bernard as our agent and she is THE BEST! She is so kind and friendly and works so hard at her job! She set up our room block, kept track of reservations, helped our guests book special days and other requests, booked our flights, made sure we received all of our package incentives, and so much more! She was extremely attentive, quick to respond, and made sure to answer each and every question we had! She made this process so easy and enjoyable for us and we are so grateful we had her! We cannot wait to use her services again in the future when planning vacations!"
"Okay...whomever s Designed this park had people/pets in mind. Omg, plenty of water fill up stations, plenty of seating if u need plenty of trees,plenty of sites. This park is Amazing!!!! It took 3.5 hours to 4.5 we stopped a few times for 5 min or so. Just loved loved loved the park."
