"03/19/2021- Announcement of a $1B development on 637 acres of the Ranch. No mention of the TV Show Dallas. An insipid soap opera at best. As for the trash, it comes from the people driving by. Makes you think about the pot calling the kettle black. The tribute to the television show, by the way, is located elsewhere in southern Collin County. Then again, who cares?"

"I drive by the ranch everyday on my way to work. It’s actually beautiful. I see the horses and cows and they are in good condition. . The buildings are not run down. The trash you see is from the residents and visitors driving around town discarding their trash which then blows into the open rail fencing, across the pastures. Maybe some of you should take a look at the website and of the horses that come from this place. They are incredible. Also maybe this beautiful property should be a reminder of what the area looked like before it became covered in concrete. Or better yet volunteer to take a day to run through the pastures and pick up that trash!! Now that would be nice m. As for me it’s calming to drive by.abd see the horses and cows."

"I think it’s a beautiful pice of land that gives frisco that Texas country feel. The cows have many acres of land to roam around. I’m pretty sure they’re happy animals In regards to the trash maybe some frisco residents shouldn’t be such slobs. I’ve seen many people just chunk their trash on Preston road with no shame. Maybe it’s the residents fault or maybe even the city of frisco for not providing disposal areas like they use to."

"I pass by here everyday on my way to work and it’s so run down. Trash everywhere, fences are broken, and its just sad land. If it had no grass it’d look like a safari desert. Im surprised that animals even graze on this land. There’s hardly any trees for shelter and like I said trash everywhere. I have never seen a tracter out here doing anything. It looks more like a wastelabd area. Also the Brinkmann Ranch looks abandoned."
