Plus, they give back to the Hispanic community and are involved in a lot of programs, which makes me feel good knowing that my business is supporting a company that's doing good in the world. "ENGLISH AND SPANISH REVIEW DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY! This company is not professional at all. We had an emergency in our family and my grandmother went to talk to her about a fine. (She went there without talking to us, if that were not the case, we would have bought her ticket instead of going through a third party) The lady “Yaneth” who works there, had her ticket but did not want to give my grandmother confirmation, without having a negative PCR Covid test. We were already in the process of doing that. Yaneth made everything completely difficult. She should not have kept her right to her ticket after paying for it. Her services were no longer needed and to make matters worse when we tried to get my grandmother's tickets back, she completely disrespected my older brother by calling him a “brat boy.” She told him many more things, my brother remained silent and hung up on her. After all that, we took my grandmother's ticket and finally canceled the trip and got a flight credit from the airline itself. To add, Yaneth wanted to increase the price and charge my grandmother more than $600 for a flight change, I didn't believe her when she told my grandmother. How barbaric the woman is for trying to charge him $600 more than the $400 that my grandmother already paid for a ticket. I firmly believe she does this to so many people who don't understand how these things work. He takes advantage of the lower class people who live there and don't know any better.
