"The food was good but not great. The Nihari I enjoy the tender beef and thick gravy, not as oily as regular Nihari, but it lacked a bit in flavour. Make sure to have with the chili they serve you to give it some more heat. The chicken chargha was decent. It is caked in a thick yogurt batter and deep fried. The batter part was crispy and pretty good, but wasn’t much meat from the chicken when I had it. At most I was just eating the batter alone."

"We have come here 100s of times over the years. It always used to be really good food. This last time a couple weeks ago all the food was messed up. The kheema , samosa, and butter chicken had extreme amounts of salt. The bihari was insanely spicy and super salty. We ordered chicken tikka which is cooked in a tandoor (like chicken tandoori) he said it’s going to take 20-30 min and we said ok. He came in 10 min and served it and it was not chicken tikka. It was deep fried chicken called chicken charga! I told him he served charga and he argued no that’s tikka … thinking because i am white I don’t know what I am eating! Then we asked him what’s going on with the chef. He said the chef left and they had a substitute…. Which explains why everything was so messed up. Next time need to ask which chef is cooking!"

"Five stars for the amazing dine inn experience, I’d say it’s the best in that area. Too classy and super clean. Tried their goat Paya which was good. Goat biryani was ok but the meat was so good minus the sweet/Tamarind taste along with the masala in rice. I won’t recommend having biryani if you’re looking for a spicy biryani. Paid street parking is available outside the restaurant. Added some of the snaps from this place below….."

"Excellent food, authentic taste and good sized portions. We ate and took more dishes to take home. I've asked my son to bring me here on all my future visits to Chicago. My husband who is not easily impressed, kept repeating that this was very good food! We couldn't finish the three dishes we ordered with naan and still ordered more to take home. Service was excellent, I requested to take the leftover sweet chutney and our server sweetly gave me an additional pack! Absolutely worth visiting! I wish they had a branch in downtown Chicago!"
