"$400 for a tow from Joliet to morris is unacceptable. Ripped me off and the dude was incredibly unfriendly. Would never use their services again. The lady working there was nice at least. Told me $200 over the phone until after they already towed my car. Andes towing was a fraction of the price of way nicer of a guy. Nothing like taking advantage of someone in a bad situation."

"I won't recommend office is not 24/7 like other towing company so u have to miss work to take ur car out and pay extra because it not open in the weekend they should stop towing for the police department because it just a waste of money u got to miss work and when u have time they not open"

"I highly recommend this place! I was in an accident and I was able to get a same day appointment here when every other place couldn't get me in for a few weeks (I called 10 places). Plus my car was fixed in a quarter of the time other shops quoted. On top of that the car looked great and they found a way to save me money. I can't say enough good things about them!"
