I said yes and they proceeded to hang up on me. I get that places can get busy, but just answer and say can you hold please."

"I came here to set up an appointment on 4-18 at about 2pm to have a oil change, tire rotation, and four new tires probably 1,000 of work. The service advisor was extremely rude and ignorant and told me that he can’t schedule me an appointment for this. I have never heard of a auto center that won’t schedule an appointment. Do yourself a favor go to professionals not ignorant kids."
