"Avoid! Dishonest business to deal with! Would give 0 stars if possible. We had a tree branch come through our RV roof around Oct. 28th 2022 per insurance I called around to get some quotes. I spoke with 5 bears and was told they could schedule a time to give me an estimate… At NO time was an estimate cost spoken of, and I was actually told "no problem if I did not go with them as they didn’t currently have the space to service my RV and were in transition of procuring another facility". A couple days later I received a call that their guys could swing by on the way home from another job and take a look, they were here for 10 mins took a couple pics and said I would hear back. A month had passed now and on Dec. 2nd 2022 I received a quote from a competing RV shop, a couple hours later I also received 5 bears quote (a month later & $3k more). A day later I went with the other shop (other shop did my camper est. on Nov 28 2022) . A month later Jan. I receive a text message saying I owe them $115 for an estimate because I went with someone else? I stated my case that no fee was given at our first phone call, when the guys came, etc. and had there been I would NOT have had them out to give me an estimate! They stated they told me there was which is a complete lie but I did not record phone conversation to back it up. Today 12/26/23 I receive collections notice that 5 bears had sent me to collections for $150!! I would have no choice but pay it or have it tarnish my record, attempts to correct with 5 bears were futile. The way they handled this was extremely disappointing and we felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend them on any level and recommend getting everything in writing before dealing with them! Good luck & feel free to message me with how they dealt with me. Even in your reply to my review you continue to lie! $65? I was invoiced for $115 pic attached and as said before if you were actually upfront and honest about a fee I would had declined an estimate."

"I definitely recommend them they're a great company they came to my house and fix my heater on my camper The owner had to go an hour out of his way to get the part and then he came all the way back and got it all fixed I will definitely recommend them and I look forward to doing business with them again"

"Hire them! Mobile RV Repair - we called because we are New to travel trailers. We bought a very fine used 2017 Lance 2295 for our Horse Fence Construction company. On our first job, we wanted an onsite setup and review of all critical processes. The correct way to do it, not just a bunch of YouTube options. We had already had the unit professionally inspected and prepped for transport from our purchase so we knew some fixes were needed. What we wanted was training, hands-on experience with a pro. Everybody wants you to bring it, well we are too busy to do that. From the first call to our future calls, this is our RV team. They travel, easy to work with and know their trade. Ten stars!✳️"
