"In the few minutes I’ve been here, I witnessed them start a customers vehicle before adding the oil to it. They know I saw it but said nothing to him. Then they made customers wait because the individual that can take payments via debit/ credit was across town. I’d come here again if I didn’t care about my vehicle or time. I felt bad for the lady waiting, she remained pretty calm for having to wait as long as she did."

"BEWARE USING THIS SHOP! The last two times I've been there the tech that did my oil change did not tighten the oil filter enough and my car leaked oil everywhere once the filter loosened over some time. I took photos and did a video of all of this. Oil changes are one of the basic operations you can do. The only reason I don't do it myself is because it's not much more money to just have one else do it. I will never use this place again though. Ive been in the auto industry for nearly 20 years. This is just incompetence in my opinion. I called to tell them what they did and the person who answered was very nice and apologetic, which was nice to hear him not make excuses for their poor work and blame it me or something else. They wanted to correct it but this point I wouldn't let them touch my bicycle let alone my vehicle. Being nice after the fact that they couldn't do an oil change correctly doesn't help that they still caused oil to leak everywhere. Beside that I fixed it myself. He asked if the manager could call me back in 20 minutes, though pointless, I agreed. Over an hour and half later with no call back, which doesn't really surprise. If I could give a zero rating I would."

"Fast, Reliable and Affordable! My Cadi was due for an oil change, I searched most known places and I decided to try Plano Quick Care, I was surprised on the quality of service and the quickness. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes! I got to stay and look at the process of their oil change and they know what they are doing. The filter replacement and oil pan drain was on point! They checked fluids and top them off, tire pressure and lights. All rounded up to less that fifteen minutes I was driving back on the road."
