"Well, I was intending to make a couple shoe purchases but that didn’t happen. When I walked into store, I wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged. There was the “Mike” girl on that stand who looked at me and turned around without a word. I walked around a bit and no one checked on me at all. I didn’t waste my time and left. The store was in fair shape. A few holes on the shelves with trash in its place of shoes, etc. Okay, I am back. Just got out of Redwing shoes. Geez, like I was family there! Nice. I spent $400 on shoes there. I do understand they get commission but it’s nice to be treated so well. Take a lesson Shoe Carnival."

"Love their shoes, but wish they carried more in their store. Online the choices seem endless. Not crazy about their online system however. I returned shoes to the store that I ordered online. Didn’t realize until my cc statement arrived, that I wasn’t reimbursed the correct amount. The reps at the store got it straight but it took a week to fix online."
