"Horrible customer service. When I walked up to the check outline it took the woman a while to even see I was there because she was so busy having a conversation with her co worker. She didn’t say a word to me, she just waved me over. When I got to the register I said hello and she completely ignored me and kept having a conversation with her co worker. When I was done checking out I even said thank you. And still not even a glance at me. Seriously horrible service. Continue your conversation after checking me out next time."
"As soon as I walked in the store Krish greeted me very nicely. After I was done shopping I was standing in the Q-line, there was only one cashier at the counter at that time and it was Krish. She was very quick, efficient, friendly and nice. I was just looking how fast she was and even if she was alone, she was able to get the entire Q-Line quickly and effectively. I love going to this Ross due to the cashier. Also, the store has great items and deals as well!"

"I visited this location at night about an hr before they closed so that is why I'm thinkg that's the reason why this store was very messy and everything was out of place. It looked loke a bomb had gone off inside the store clothes on the floor, shoes everywhere, everything looked very messy and disorganized. I did find some items that I took home but it was hard to know if what I was looking for was there since ot was hard to shop and items where not located in thier appropriate area."
"So I went shopping today and I bought some items for my kitchen etc. Cashier won't even give me a plastic that fits my purchase ( cart can't be brought outside), I asked them for a bigger plastic and they're like, we only give plastic to bigger amount of purchase, not coming back here again."
