"Idk how they haven’t change pharmacist or staff and even managers, this store it’s a joke as an employee and as a customer. As an employee I left bcz it’s sad and frustrated how much of a joke it’s a rx to this pharmacy and as a customer I can’t stand going to that pharmacy. Sadly my insurance only contracted w this store. Not every Walgreens the same tho. I got transferred from a store where they would have call doctors, insurances and do everything they need it to do for customer to be set. Because of family I had to be transferred to this store. Ohh let’s not leave out the favoritism they got in there. It’s sad how corporate haven’t done anything regarding how in profesional they are, the in responsibility, the fact of how they don’t care abt customers or they medical conditions. They should all have a class of how important a medication can be for a human."

"Smh I waited 4 hours for my test results..but what’s new. I’ve lived in hutto 16 years and I’ve never had a good experience here. So just be prepared to be disappointed."

"I'm being generous with 1 star. This place is awful, filthy, and poorly run. I made an appointment today for a covid/flu test through Walgreens online scheduling and selected an appointment time as directed. when I showed up for my appointment, I was told that this location has been out of tests since before Christmas. I was told that someone attempted to call me to let me know, but that's a lie. The person who assisted me not only didn't apologize for the huge inconvenience but also tried to make excuses for what happened. I am very disappointed in this store. By the way, your sign by entrance should be taken down as it's false advertising, but that would mean at least one you has to apply effort."

"Terrible customer service. Unnecessary waiting both in store and on phone. Very slow . Waited for more than 40 minutes to get flu test done and after I have been on call for about 45 minutes now just to get someone to tell me my result after I was advised to call store pharmacy in 30 minutes for my test results. I am still waiting as I write this review. They have no respect for people’s time."

"Service is always pretty terrible. Always a wait for whatever you need, even if just to check out. Waited on phone for pharmacy for almost 30 minutes with "1 caller ahead of you" husband called the store and asked for manager while I was waiting on hold, manager had no idea of pharmacy procedures or any willingness to help us out. Will not be darkening their doors after picking up this last filled Rx. Moving our business elsewhere."
