"Terrible, unorganized, not professional at all My insurance set it up for the appointment they called and I called back and they said I had an appointment at 3pm went to Mount Vernon and they called me. “Hey might be a little bit later car hasn’t showed up from the shop. “ leave go do errands come back Ten till 5 still no car and said won’t be ready till tomorrow"

"We booked a car for today two weeks ago, nowhere on the info or booking did it mention a hidden three hundred dollar deductible, the guy waited until two hours before pickup time to call and tell us we have to pay with a credit card, that it can't be on a debit card, despite this not being listed anywhere or the fact he could have called any day before this, he also still did not mention the deductible, we jumped through hoops those two hours to get a credit card to rent this car just to get there and find out instead of 390 on pickup as listed, they wanted an extra three hundred and would not rent without it. I'm missing Christmas in my home state with my family because this company doesn't know what courtesy is or how to do their job. Don't rent from this joke."
