"Fair warning, the pharmacist's here do not understand laws and applies their own judgement on medications as they fill them. Sartni (who refused to provide their last name) decided that they didn't like my dr/patient relationship I had with a doctor who is licensed to practice here in Texas and refused to verify that and instead wouldn't allow me to get my prescription! I called HEB pharmacy, told them everything, my meds, who the doctor was and the blatant discrimination I had experienced at Walmart. They were surprised because they immediately pulled my doctors info in their system and said they can fill it. I ensured I filed a complaint against this Pharmacists license. I hope to go to the media, and any all places I can to ensure this person no longer can do damage to others. If you can GO ELSEWHERE!"

"Yesterday there were some unexpected obstacles with my insurance provider. They wouldn't fill my prescription in the dosage prescribed. It was very stressful. Shannon patiently answered my questions and made sure I knew what the next steps would be in procuring my meds. The projected time to get my proper prescription refill was a couple of weeks. Imagine my surprise when Shannon called this morning after taking time out of her busy work day to get in touch with the right people, saying she'd gotten it all squared away, and I could pick up my entire 90 day supply today, with the correct dosage and everything! She really went above and beyond, saving me so much grief and making me feel like a valued customer instead of just some name in the system."
